🌸 About Pretty Girls Heal.Co

At Pretty Girls Heal.Co, we believe healing is more than an inward process — it’s something you carry, something you wear, and something you deserve to be proud of. What began as a vision rooted in therapy, trauma recovery, and empowerment has grown into a movement — one stitched with softness, wrapped in intention, and made for the woman learning to choose herself.
This isn’t just a brand. It’s a sacred space.
💖 Meet the Founder — Dr. J
Hi, I’m Dr. Jessica M. Shine — affectionately known as Dr. J by the incredible clients I’ve walked alongside in their healing. As a licensed therapist, educator, and woman deeply committed to mental wellness, I’ve spent years helping others navigate pain, trauma, transitions, and rediscovery. My clinical work has been shaped by one truth: we are all worthy of healing — no matter how broken, tired, or hardened by life we may feel.
My practice has been a haven for those who felt like they had to hold it all together. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families through trauma, anxiety, relationship wounds, and complex grief. And in every session, with every story, I kept seeing the same thread: healing takes courage—and it deserves to be celebrated.
That’s where Pretty Girls Heal was born.
🌿 The Mission
Pretty Girls Heal.Co exists to honor the healing journeys of women, especially those in helping professions and those often expected to be strong for everyone else. Our wellness wear is more than fashion — it’s wearable affirmation, created to remind you that your softness is not weakness, your story is not shameful, and your healing is not invisible.
Every stitch, every tag, every product is rooted in the belief that:
Rest is resistance.
Softness is strength.
Healing is sacred.
This brand is for those who break cycles, set boundaries, choose peace, and show up for themselves in ways no one else can see. And soon, we'll be expanding this movement with Handsome & Healing, because men deserve space to heal, too.
